The Origin of Arnero Collective
The birth and origin of the Arnero Collective doesn't come from professional ambition or personal growth aspirations. The Collective has been born out of lived experience, prayer and conviction, and faithful obedience to a gentle nudge from the Holy Spirit. It is not derived from the expected business plan or worldly vision for professional coaching, but from a small whisper of "this is not my design for you." It came out of many nights and mornings wrestling with my inner-self, facing the truth of my successes and failures, and a slow and deliberate unpacking of my story. A story that includes outward success, inner tension, loss and collapse, and an undeniable presence of His Mercy and Restorative Power.

We're designed for connection: to self, to God, and to others. It's from this state of connectedness and wholeness that our lives become aligned with our divine design. What I've learned in unpacking my story is that I lived a life disconnected from self. My life was incongruent in that I suppressed and avoided the parts of myself that didn't conform to the stable, successful, and strong image that we're told leaders are supposed to exhibit. I exiled the parts of myself that were wounded, vulnerable, and more importantly, simply human. It's an exile of parts that not only created inner tension, but eventually led to a place of collapse that I could no longer manage my way out of.
The launch of the Collective represents a culmination and intersection of faith, profession, personal trials, and eventual restoration. My heart has been molded and refined into a posture and longing to see humans flourish. I feel an unquenchable draw to walk alongside leaders in the ongoing pursuit of alignment and wholeness. For many years I led at a high level, and for many it may have been perceived as stable and successful. The simple truth is that for the majority of my career I led from a place of disconnection: from myself, from God, and from the people closest to me. As a result of getting vulnerable and honest with myself and integrating the parts I had avoided for years, I am beyond grateful to step into this new season. I feel entrusted to journey alongside other leaders faced with similar burdens.
Because here's the truth. Leadership is a gift that carries responsibilities and accountabilities that only those who have been given the blessing and opportunity will truly understand. My wonder and curiosity is this: what would leadership look like if we operated according to our design? It's a question I've asked of myself and of leadership in general, and it has led directly to the vision I have for the Collective:
"We long to see a world where leaders live aligned lives: connected to self, others, and God. A world where human flourishing replaces quiet suffering and disconnection."
I plan to share more of my story and God's endless grace on my life as time passes and this continues to develop. If there's one thing I would like all of you to know, it's this. This is not just another venture for me. It's much more than that. I consider this a sacred space to explore truth, identity, and what lies beneath the surface of outward success. The work of the Collective is precious and sacred to me and I intend on honoring God in all aspects of this practice.
